Not a fit

A different setup is a better match if you need:

  • Booking or payment systems
  • Ecommerce, portals, dashboards, or logins
  • SEO campaigns or ranking guarantees
  • Business email setup or migration
  • Complex existing websites

How it works

  1. 1

    You send basic business info

You send the basics: business name, services, service area, phone number, email if you use one, photos if you have them, and any current Facebook or Google Business Profile link.

  2. 2

    I build the first draft

I build a simple one-page website preview based on your business facts.

  3. 3

You review one round of edits

You check the preview for factual corrections, wording changes, missing services, wrong contact info, or photo swaps.

  4. 4

We launch or set up the managed plan

After final payment, I help get the website online and send the live link. For the one-time starter build, future updates are quoted separately. For the managed website plan, Palmer Digital Services keeps the site live and handles small approved updates under the monthly plan.

Timeline note: Timeline starts after all required business info, photos, and links are received.

Typical target — First draft: 3–5 business days after complete intake. Launch target: 7–10 business days if feedback is timely and website address setup is simple.

$397 Beta Website

The beta price is $397 for the first 3 local service businesses. Choose the path that fits your business.

Option 1

One-Time Starter Build

$397 total

$197 to start. $200 before final launch, handoff, or launch confirmation.

No required monthly agency retainer. Future updates are quoted separately.

Option 2

Managed Website Plan

$397 setup + $50/mo

Site kept live, basic live-site checks, and small approved updates within the agreed scope.

Only included if selected in writing.

The $397 covers the website build and basic setup. The website address/domain is separate unless explicitly included in writing. Business email, booking tools, payment tools, SEO campaigns, ads, future redesigns, outside tools, and extra support are separate unless written otherwise. The managed website plan is only included if selected in writing.

Normal pricing will increase after the beta.

What is not included

Keeping the starter simple keeps it affordable. The beta does not include:

  • Booking, payment, or ecommerce systems
  • CRM, dashboard, portal, blog, login, or custom software
  • SEO campaign, ranking, traffic, or lead guarantees
  • Google Business Profile verification or management
  • Business email setup or migration
  • Unlimited edits, emergency support, or redesigns
  • Ongoing updates (unless you choose the managed plan)

Managed website plan covers only small approved updates within the agreed scope — not redesigns, new pages, new features, SEO, ads, booking, payments, or email work.

Website address and outside costs

Your website address, also called a domain, is a separate yearly cost unless it is explicitly included in writing.

If you do not already have a website address, I can help you pick a simple option and show you the yearly cost before anything is purchased. The exact setup and who manages it will be confirmed in writing first.

Business email, outside tools, booking links, payment links, and future support are separate unless included in writing.
